Return/Exchange Policy

Bullet Swim will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused swimsuit for an exchange only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Bullet Swim via support@bulletswim.com. The merchandise must have all original tags attached. Unfortunately, Bullet Swim does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy. Bullet Swim does not allow exchanges on any Sale items. All Sale item purchases are final.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
* If the customer has received an incorrect order, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer wears their received  incorrect order this voids exchange. The swimsuit must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all original tags attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise. 

Terms of Service

All orders go through quality assurance checks before they are sent to each customer. We ensure that every stitch, embellishment, and all fabric is in perfect condition before sending. Because of our Quality Assurance Policy we will not take back damaged goods as we can confirm that they left our facility in perfect condition. All orders ship out within 2-3 business days.
